When you register an offshore company through Cloud Offshore, we ALWAYS use nominee directors and shareholders. This means your name will never appear on any company documents.
Compare our service to that of competitors and you'll find that we are cheaper, despite the fact that they are offering an inferior arrangement, whereby they risk your privacy by putting YOUR name on the company documents. If you ask elsewhere for a quote, please remember to tell them to include nominee directors and shareholders. Please be aware that they will often try to add these items on later as an "unexpected" expense.
With Cloud Offshore, the price you see is the price you pay. We include every essential item, without which you simply cannot function or trade. Unlike most of our competitors, our fees include a registered office, Official Duty to Government (for example, in the Seychelles this is $100). These are not "optional" extras; with Cloud Offshore, there are no hidden costs or VAT!
Also, please remember that for a limited time, all company formations come with a FREE corporate bank account, with full internet access, Visa debit card, cheque book, and all the banking facilities that you would expect. This account will be in a country with strict privacy laws and English speaking staff. There is no need to visit the bank: we do all the work for you.
